Welcome to Kampot in the headline. As you can see from the writing, we have traveled to a different country. We are now in Cambodia 🇰🇭 We were in Kampot from 03.05. to 05.05.<figure><img src='/uploads/36d85270-7136-11e9-9b1e-35cd3b3af79d.jpeg_large.jpg' alt/></figure><figure> </figure><figure>We took a bus from the Mekong Delta to the border town of Ha Tien (🇻🇳). Arriving in the afternoon, we found out that buses to Cambodia only run twice a day: in the morning and at noon 😕 A taxi driver promptly approached us and offered us a private ride. Due to our rickshaw experience, we were initially very hesitant and skeptical. We confirmed the price multiple times and finally drove to the border in a car. First, we had to check out of Vietnam (the officer showed no emotions: no tears 😜, no friendly ciao) and then check in to Cambodia a few meters away. The visa for 30 days can be obtained smoothly for a fee of 35 dollars 💵 per person. We reached Kampot in the early evening.</figure><figure>Kampot may be familiar to some as one of the best pepper-producing regions in the world.</figure><figure>We experienced the calm and relaxed atmosphere during a walk through the streets and alleys. Kampot doesn't offer any unique attractions, but the city as a whole is very beautiful. 从南老挝到柬埔寨
