Abschied und Beatsteaks // Good bye and Beatsteaks

Eine wilde Woche und ich bin immernoch mittendrin!

Nach den letzten Übergaben habe ich mich am Mittwoch aus dem Büro verabschiedet. Nach mehr als 5 Jahren war der Abschied von vielen tollen Menschen dort nicht leicht und es flossen auch einige Tränen :(

Danke an alle in der dena für den tollen Abschied, das unglaubliche Abschiedsgeschenk und die letzten Jahre!

Verabschiedet wurde dann noch beim gemeinsamen Aperolen :)

Danach ging es nach Beeskow. Es spielten .... ... -Trommelwirbel- ... ... die BEATSTEAKS!!! Die Burg Beeskow rockte wie nichts und Robert und ich waren mittendrin. Und das alles konnten alle Mittanzenden niemand geringerem verdanken als Blanki. Ich ziehe meinen Hut.

Nun heißt es noch die letzten Sachen besorgen und packen und dann geht es morgen los nach Frankfurt. Dort treffen wir noch die fantastische Ruth (und Dominik muss wohl auch mitkommen, egal wie spät es wird) ;)

Es folgt: Flug ab Frankfurt (19.07. 11.45 Uhr) nach LA und von da weiter nach Tahiti :)

A wild week — and it's still going on!

After the final meetings, I said goodbye to the office on Wednesday. After more than five years, saying good bye to so many wonderful people wasn’t easy, and yes… there were definitely some tears :(

Thank you to everyone at dena for the lovely farewell, the incredible goodbye gift, and the past years together!

We wrapped it all up with a cozy aperitivo session :)

After that, I headed to Beeskow. And who was playing… drumroll… the BEATSTEAKS!!!

Burg Beeskow was rocking like crazy, and Robert and I were right in the middle of it. And all of this was thanks to none other than Blanki. I tip my hat.

Now it’s time to grab the last things, pack, and then tomorrow we’re off to Frankfurt. There we’ll meet the fantastic Ruth (and Dominik apparently has to come along too, no matter how late it gets) ;)

Next up:

Flight from Frankfurt (19 July, 11:45 a.m.) to LA, and from there straight on to Tahiti :)
