New idea

Veröffentlicht: 16.07.2022

Hi there.

Long time no see. Been a while. I am kind of in a mood to continue writing.

How come?

Well, I am in Cost rica for over ninety days now. Had my first Visa-run and work a lot with big proper pieces of timber to finish this boat. If you wanna know more about the place I work during the week, check out the company "Sailcargo Inc." They have a big social media presence. You might see me here or there.

Crazy work. It is a lot of work. And there is not that much free time. But on the weekends all the yardies go see the beauty of costa rica.

So I am in Samara. Beautiful beach, good food and a lot of sun. And white people of course.

I just woke up and wondered around the city and found a little cafe run by an italian guy. And it has been a while since I had my last Croissants. But I love Croissants!

So I had a Croissant and then I found a bakery run by a french guy that had Croissants. And i rememberd myself always looking for good Croissants wherever I went.

So instead if writing about the Places I go and the sea I sail. I am changing this Blog into a blog about Croissants.

Because Croissants, you know! When was the last time you had a Croissants? Think about it.

So the first place in Samara. And italian cafe not far from the center of the city. It' called Peccati Di Gola Sámara. Look it up.

The guy servces coffee panini's pastry of course.

So about the croissant I had. It was cut in half and I asked for butter. The butter was already on the croissant. Minus points. I wanna play with my food, don't cut. I wanna taste the fluf. It was overall tasty but the shell was not very crusty and the inside was not super fluffy. A regular croissant, but it was fresh out of the oven. The taste of butter, from the croissant itself, was not so striking, but as well there was no overwhelming taste of yeast or bicarbonat. Happens way to often. Plus for the italian guy.

So it was not like the tongue of a gourmet would jump to every corner of the mouth. But it was genuinely okay. Good start in the morning.

The panini vegetariano was really treat though.

Another story. The croissants in St. Martin on the french side. Pretty much directly on the harbour entry is a french pastry bakery those Croissants are my wet dreams. Little suggestion.

Damn I have no fotos. And no price. Thats all new to me. We'll get there. Promise.

So afterwards I found the french bakery.

See ya
