The atmosphere is calm, the music unobtrusive, and the staff always friendly. I remember the first time I tried their coffee and immediately knew I’d be coming back again and again. Even my hyperactive dog felt at home here!

I love stopping by Kvarts Coffee for a quick takeaway coffee and a little inspiration. Here, an artist draws portraits on your cup – for free! The underground café is cozy, and the staff are friendly. The coffee is delicious, and having a portrait on your cup makes every visit special.

This place is perfect for breakfast or a late lunch, especially if you’re craving something unusual.

4. Gabriadze Café

For me, Gabriadze Café is a must-visit in Tbilisi. The interior is adorned with Rezo Gabriadze’s ceramics, and there’s a separate room dedicated to the play "Ramona." The menu features khachapuri, pies, mchadi, and exquisite desserts, as well as wines from all regions of Georgia. I love settling on the veranda, admiring the famous tower, listening to the whispers of the Old City, and examining the tiniest tower clock in the world while enjoying a coffee or a glass of wine. The food here is refined, far from mainstream, and the staff are attentive – every time I feel completely at home.
