A small, intimate spot with a cozy atmosphere, focused on quality. Walking down the main street, you might easily miss it, but it’s a true hidden gem. A small café in the Vake district, friendly and offering interesting drinks. It’s not a third-wave coffee shop per se, but it has the vibe of a “neighborhood” café – calm and quiet, away from the tourist center. Try their latte with banana syrup and enjoy the freshly baked, low-sugar pastries.

Gabriadze Cafe 13 Ioane Shavteli St Coffee with character, an authorial kitchen, and excellent restaurant service. They don’t serve specialty coffee, but the classic espresso is outstanding, and you can pair it with a special dessert.
