26. Tag - day 26 (for english scroll down)

Mittlerweile mutiere ich zur Heulsuse… hier ist einfach alles so schön, dass es mir immer wieder auf die Tränendrüsen drückt. Chillig ausgeschlafen, Frühstück auf dem Balkon, Vögel zwitschern, Meer rauscht – passt. Irgendwann sind wir dann auf in Süden. Wir fuhren durch ein paar verschlafen, charmante Dörfchen und kamen an ein «Glas Strand». Da sind tatsächlich anstatt Sand, kleine Glasstücke. Sie wurden vom Meer abgewetzt haben schöne runde Kanten. Ein paar Zwecks Glücksbringer aufgesammelt und dann heuerten wir auf einem Katamaran an, für ein Nachmittags/Sonnenuntergang Ausflug. Die Route war ganz ähnlich wie der Heli Flug nur dass die Perspektive anders war. Die Schönheit der Felsen war genauso da, doch sie waren näher und imposanter. Eine solche Wand ist höher als das Empire State Building… der Knaller. Wahlfische und Delphine crusen hier zwischen November und April rum. Da es 1. Mai war – hatten sie nun Urlaub. Das wir sie nicht gesehen haben, hat die Besonderheit des Ausfluges nicht gemindert. Es war atemberaubend. Solche Schiffausflüge haben was meditatives. Man sitzt da, schaut in die Weite, die Wellen schaukeln und die Gedanken wandern. (Schöner Gruss an Angie an dieser Stelle 😉) Zuweilen wurden wir aber aus unserer Tiefen-entspanntheit gerissen, weil das Meer doch recht rau war und uns in regelmässigen mit Gischt einseifte und der Wind uns geradeso schnell wieder trocknete. Zum Leiblichen Wohl wurde exzellent geschaut, zum Sonnenuntergang gabs Champagner aus der Plastikflasche und Freddie Mercury’s «we will rock you». Ich liebe die Amies!

I am starting to become a crybaby…. Everything is so beautiful, that I am so overwhelmed and tears shoot out of my eyes… We had a good sleep in, breakfast on the balcony, birds singing, the sound of the sea in the background – heaven. Eventually we took off towards south. We drove through a few sleepy villages until we arrived at a “Glass Beach”. Instead of sand there are small glass fragments with round edges washed out by the sea. We collected a few to use them as lucky charm. Then we boarded a Catamaran for a Afternoon/Sunset turn. The route was similar to the helicopter flight, but the perspective was different. The beauty of the Rocks where still there, but they were closer and so imposing. Such a rock is higher than the Empire State Building…. And there are hundreds of them – beyond comprehension. Wales and dolphins can be spotted here between November and April. Since it is the 1. May – they are on holiday now. The fact that we did not see them did not lesser the beauty of this trip. It was breathtaking. Such ship trips do have something meditative on them. You just sit there, gaze into the horizon, the waves rock the boat and your thoughts wander. (Greeting to Angie 😉). Sometimes we were ripped out of our deep relaxation status, as some waves made it up to us, drenched us and the wind dried us just as quickly again. They really looked well after us, plenty of food and drinks, for the sunset they offered Champagne from the plastic bottle and Freddie mercury’s “we will rock you”. I love the Americans!
