Tuesday (12.08.) we spent most of the day in the Monterey Aquarium. It was absolutely amazing, all the little and the huge sea creatures they show! I loved the kelb forest and the gelly fish, so mesmerizing. In the evening we had a great dinner in Carmel at a fish restaurant, Flaherty's.
Wednesday we left Carmel for Santa Cruz. There we met Brian's Cousins Jeff and Donald, as well as his sister Ahmy for breakfast. We had a lovely morning together and then drove to the Santa Cruz Flow Trail, a famous mountain bike trail. I dropped off Brian and Kirsten on top of the trail, drove down and chilled until they emerged almost 3 hours later. Then we drove into the night towards Sequoia National Park.
