Santiago de Chile

we enjoyed wonderful days in Santiago together with Antonia and Carlos who showed us the city out of local people. we met Antonia and Carlos and their friends the first time in Brasil on the way to Ilha Grande. as we new already then that we will visit Santiago, we have exchanged our phone numbers and contacted them before arriving in Santiago. 

They picked us up at our appartment and we went to a nice local restaurant with hunderts of different wines from Chile and the national drink pisco sour which we tasted during a cozy evening.😀

The day after we were invited at Antonias home for lunch. she cooked a tasty quiche during Carlos served a fantastic pisco sour 😜🥂 in the afternoon we visited together Cerro San Cristòbal with an amazing view over the city. from there we walked to visit one of the biggest jazz festivals in south america. Cristiãn Cuturrufo Quinteto was playing, a really crazy band... a little hungry we went to a restaurant to get a midnight snack with funy talks about culture differences and similarities between Chile and Switzerland. It is unbelivable, but we had one highlight more this night: we went to Antonia and Carlos secret view point packed with wine and beer and enjoyed the look out over Santiago 😀

Daniela and I are very thankful for all you have prepared and organized, it was just absolutely great! unforgetable days we could spend with you 💛
