14 nach Bargen

Strecke 73 Kilometer, kum. 1‘143 Kilometer | Höhenmeter 470, kum. 5‘930 Meter, Entfernung bis zuhause 63 Kilometer 

Nun liegt nur noch eine einzige Tour vor mir. Gemäss meinem Plan werde ich morgen, genau 2 Wochen nach meiner Abreise, wieder zuhause sein.  Vielleicht weint der Himmel deswegen. Zumindest kamen heute viele Tränen aus den Wolken. Und morgen sollen noch viel mehr dazukommen. Also noch ein Regen-Ruhetag? NEIN, bestimmt nicht. Denn grundsätzlich macht mir Regen beim Radfahren gar nicht viel aus. Und da ich morgen genügend Warmwasser zum Duschen und viele trockene Kleider zum anziehen habe, nehme ich es nochmal gelassener. 

Da ich vorgestern zum Schluss einen ziemlichen Aufstieg hatte, konnte ich heute davon profitieren. Bis nach Estavayer hinunter habe ich mehr bremsen als treten müssen. Ab da ging’s dann immer mal rauf, mal runter bis es schliesslich ganz flach wurde. 

Einige Male habe ich an einer trockenen Stelle den grössten Regen vorübergehen lassen. Dann gab es zeitweise gar keinen Regen und zwischendurch zeigte sich auch die Sonne. 

Noch nie war ich auf der St. Petersinsel. Das wollte ich mir heute nicht entgehen lassen. Zwar war das ein Umweg von über zehn Kilometern, die sich aber gelohnt haben. Dazu kam, dass die ganze Zeit trockenes oder sogar sonniges Wetter war. 

Auf Empfehlung meiner heutigen Gastgeber habe ich dann auch noch das naheliegende Dorf Erlach besucht. Auch dieser Umweg hat sich sehr gelohnt. Der Ort hat mich sehr an Gruyère erinnert. Ein Ausflug dahin kann ich sehr empfehlen. 

Auch heute wehte ein kräftiger bis stürmischer Westwind. Dieser half mir über weite Strecken und schob mich fast wie ein zweiter Motor. 

Nachdem ich meine Unterkunft in Bargen übernommen habe, bin ich noch zu Fuss nach Aarberg gegangen, um Kleinigkeiten einzukaufen.

Ahora sólo me queda una gira más por delante. Según mi plan, volveré a casa mañana, exactamente 2 semanas después de mi partida. Quizás por eso llora el cielo. Al menos hoy brotaron muchas lágrimas de las nubes. Y mañana habrá muchos más. ¿Otro día libre de la lluvia? NO, definitivamente no. Básicamente, la lluvia no me molesta mucho cuando voy en bicicleta. Y como mañana tengo suficiente agua caliente para ducharme y mucha ropa seca para ponerme, me lo tomaré con más calma.

Como anteayer tuve una gran subida al final, hoy pude aprovecharla. Durante todo el camino hasta Estavayer tuve que frenar algo más que pedalear. A partir de ahí fue subiendo y bajando hasta que finalmente quedó completamente plano.

Algunas veces dejé pasar la lluvia más fuerte en un lugar seco. Luego dejó de llover durante un tiempo y el sol también apareció en el medio.

Nunca he estado en la isla de San Pedro. No quería perderme esto hoy. Fue un desvío de más de diez kilómetros, pero valió la pena. Además, el tiempo estuvo seco o incluso soleado todo el tiempo.

Por recomendación de mis anfitriones hoy también visité el cercano pueblo de Erlach. Este desvío también valió la pena. El lugar me recordó mucho a Gruyère. Puedo recomendar encarecidamente un viaje allí.

Hoy también soplaba un viento fuerte o tormentoso del oeste. Esto me ayudó en largas distancias y me impulsó casi como un segundo motor.

Después de ocupar mi alojamiento en Bargen, caminé hasta Aarberg para comprar pequeñas cosas.

Now I only have one more tour ahead of me. According to my plan, I will be back home tomorrow, exactly 2 weeks after I left. Maybe that's why the sky is crying. At least there were a lot of tears falling from the clouds today. And there are going to be a lot more tomorrow. So another rainy rest day? NO, definitely not. Because rain doesn't really bother me when I'm cycling. And because I'll have enough hot water to shower with tomorrow and lots of dry clothes to wear, I'll take it a little easier.

Since I had quite a climb at the end the day before yesterday, I was able to benefit from it today. I had to brake more than pedal down to Estavayer. From then on it was up and down until it finally became completely flat.

A few times I let the heaviest rain pass in a dry place. Then there was no rain at all for a while and the sun came out in between.

I've never been to St. Peter's Island before. I didn't want to miss that today. It was a detour of over ten kilometers, but it was worth it. In addition, the weather was dry or even sunny the whole time.

On the recommendation of my hosts today, I also visited the nearby village of Erlach. This detour was also well worth it. The place reminded me a lot of Gruyère. I can highly recommend a trip there.

Today, too, a strong to stormy westerly wind blew. This helped me over long stretches and pushed me almost like a second engine.

After I checked into my accommodation in Bargen, I walked to Aarberg to buy a few small things.
