D0 Travel day MUC-SFO-Kona

Early start in Munich with bike case to airport. Nice flight in premium economy to SFO, stop over only three hours was bearable. Arrived in Kona at 9pm same day, being greeted with two beautiful orchid leii as traditional Hawaiian greeting gift.
