Phnom Penh - A Parvenue's Paradise

We loved it years ago and we still love it. It's a city full of little things to explore. We still love to walk around the Russian market neighborhood, to try out new cafes, bars and restaurants, to buy funny little things and we would really have loved to stayed a couple of days longer.
