Hiking at famous Lake Louise

When staying in Lake Louise (the city), you have to see the famous, actual Lake Louise, of course. As the parking lot fills up early, we arrived there at 7:00 am (which we thought would be early), but it was already almost full. We had luck to get a beautiful parking spot, halfway through a big puddle, yay. On the hike to Lake Agnes, there were so many people! Only when walking further to the Big Beehive, they were getting less. From up there, you had a great view of Lake Louise. On our way back, we had a cute squirrel encounter again. A curious golden-mantled ground squirrel ate some berries right out of my hand! (No human food, of course, I just picked them off the bushes). We even saw a Pika (Pfeifhase) up close in the stone heap next to the path.
