It‘s blog time. ;)

Die letzte Woche hatten wir ein Medienprojekt. Einige unserer Studenten (auch ich) wurden ausgewählt, um ein Werbevideo für die Ranch zu drehen. Wir haben Fragen über die Ranch beantwortet und noch einiges mehr... Ich will aber nicht zu viel verraten. Seid gespannt auf das Ergebnis! ☺️ Wenn es soweit ist, erfahrt ihr mehr darüber.

Dann habe ich noch Sonnenaufgänge in die heutige Bildergalerie reingepackt. Ich musste euch die Bilder einfach zeigen. Ist es nicht großartig, wie der Himmel aussieht? 🌅 Ich sehe solche Sonnenaufgänge jeden Morgen, wenn ich zum Stall gehe, um die Pferde zu versorgen. 🐴

Heute Nachmittag bin ich mit einer Mitarbeiterin in die Stadt „Corry“ gefahren und wir haben uns kleine Läden angesehen. Das erste Mal, wo ich das kleine Städtchen mal so richtig kennenlernen durfte. Es gibt dort einige kleine Cafés. Allerdings waren sie zu. Man kann sich da aber gemütlich hinsetzen und wenn man will dann auch studieren. ;)

Wenn wir gerade dabei sind: Nächsten Dienstag ist der nächste Bewertungstag. Dann muss ich meine Projekte von diesem Monat wieder abgeben. Der letzte Bewertungstag lief gut. Ich komme gut mit den Aufgaben klar und bin froh, dass es Übersetzer gibt. 😂

Meine Beraterin ist gerade im Urlaub. Sie hat mir eine deutsche Nachricht geschrieben und mich gefragt, wie meine Projekte laufen. Ich war erstaunt. 😂 Ich glaube die finden das auch ganz cool eine neue Kultur kennenzulernen. :D

Ich wurde schon gelobt, dass mein Englisch sich wirklich verbessert hat. Mir ist das vorher gar nicht so aufgefallen. 😅

In wenigen Wochen ist unsere erste offizielle Pause. Ich freue mich schon drauf. Ich habe nämlich was vor über Thanksgiving. Dazu aber mehr, wenn die Zeit gekommen ist. 🙃 Ich werde über die Zeit nicht auf der Ranch bleiben, dass kann ich schon verraten. 😉

It's blog time. ;) 

The last week we had a media project. Some of our students (including me) were chosen to shoot a promotional video for the ranch. We answered questions about the ranch and more... But I don't want to give too much away. Be curious about the result! ☺️ When the time comes you will find out more about it.

Then I added sunrises to today's picture gallery. I just had to show you the pictures. Isn't it great how the sky looks like? 🌅 I see sunrises like this every morning when I go to the stable to feed the horses. 🐴 

This afternoon I went with a staff member to the town of "Corry" and we looked at small stores. It was the first time where I got to know the small town. There are some small cafés there. But they were closed. But you can sit down there and if you want to study there ;) 

By the way: Next Tuesday is the next Grading day. Then I have to hand in my projects from this month. The last evaluation day went well. I'm getting along well with the tasks and I'm glad that there are translators. 😂 

My advisor is on vacation at the moment. She wrote me a German message and asked me how my projects were going. I was amazed. 😂 I think they also think it's really cool to get to know a new culture. :D 

I have already been praised that my English has really improved. I hadn't noticed that before. 😅

In a few weeks our first official break will be. I am looking forward to it. I have something planned for Thanksgiving. But more about that when the time comes. 🙃 I won't be staying at the ranch for that time, I can tell you that. 😉
