TX to New Mexico

Wanted to get out of the heat closer to the mountains. Target east NM. Backroads through TX. 100mls from Herford TX to Tucumcari NM saw about 20cars or trucks about 5.000wind generators 30.000pc of cattle. Next leg 100mls to Las Vegas NM 7cars Zero wind turbines horses, pong horns, cattle, muledeere... Forgot to fill up gas in Tucumcari😐 luckily after 30miles  a gas station came _otherwise I would have had to turn go back. 70 more miles to next change would have been no option.
