Der Weihnachtsmann ist da!

I never thought I'd say this, but I think I'm ready to go home. I'm starting to feel a bit restless.

I know I will miss being here once I'm home 😀

It may also be because no one in the family has been feeling quite well since Friday, and it's affecting our energy.

We took a car to Lanta Lilly for a breakfast buffet and the promised Christmas breads. They may not have tasted exactly like home, but they were definitely acceptable and delicious.

Lawa even managed to take a dip in the pool while we finished breakfast.

We went down to the beach at home for a swim, but there were quite a few jellyfish, so we went to the pool instead. They’re not dangerous jellyfish but not entirely harmless either.

Lawa had Thai training today, and Mulle was stressing that it was time to go, and I forgot to check the time; it turned out we were an hour early and had to turn back home. He himself had fallen asleep in the sun lounger on the terrace. However, it's just on the other side of the street, so it was no problem.

The owner pointed out that Lawa should come back when she's 14-15, and he'll arrange some matches for her. I said as early as 25 😀

When the time finally came, Lawa put in a real effort and was rewarded with ice cream afterward. And the cleaners had just finished when we got home again. We had a bit more swimming in our own pool and then dinner at Bambino as we wanted to stay close to home....and the toilets 🤣🙈

Lawa managed to see a shooting star while we were looking at the incredibly starry sky in the dark. The regular stars were clearly visible, but the coolest part was the millions of tiny stars that made the sky look completely dotted.

When Lawa had fallen asleep, I went to the bathroom and was able to see that Santa had already arrived here with the presents, but I didn't want to wake her. But kudos to Santa for improvising well 😜🤶
