So, meine Freunde… 

weiter geht es auch im neuen Jahr! 😃

Das wird mein erster Blog-Eintrag im Jahr 2023! 😄✨ Trotzdem fange ich noch mit den letzten beiden Wochen vom Dezember letzten Jahres an. 

Ich habe halt das übliche gemacht, was man um diese Jahreszeit halt tut. Da war die Weihnachtsfeier von meiner Arbeit aus und das WG-Weihnachtsessen. 🍝Vom New Yorker aus sind wir zu Chilli’s 🌮 (Mexikanisches Restaurant) gegangen und hatten dort auch untereinander gewichtelt. 🎁

Da kann ich auch gleich erwähnen, dass ich mich dazu entschieden habe beim New Yorker aufzuhören. Ich musste leider feststellen, dass ich dort nicht wirklich glücklich bin und es mir in meinem aktuellen Studium nicht wirklich etwas bringt. 🤷🏼‍♀️ Mittlerweile habe ich eine neue Arbeit gefunden. Seit dem 02.01. bin ich jetzt beim Fotohaus Zacharias. Dort verkaufe ich alles rund um Fotoalben, Fotorahmen etc. Zum anderen mache ich Pass- und Bewerbungsbilder von den Leuten und bearbeite die Bilder dann danach. Diese Arbeit wird meinem Studium ein wenig gerechter. 👍🏻 

Aber komme ich jetzt nochmal zurück zu dem WG-Essen. Erstmal war es gar nicht so einfach einen Termin zu finden, wo alle von uns können. 😂 Wir haben zusammen ein paar Pizzen und einen Salat zusammen geschmissen und somit auch gleich die Küche eingeweiht. 🙆🏼‍♀️ 

Auf einem Weihnachtsmarkt war ich dann auch noch mit einer von meiner WG und mit einem Amerikaner. Ja, jetzt fragt ihr euch sicher, wo ich den kennengelernt habe. 😂 Auf der Arbeit im New Yorker noch. Als ich hörte, dass er gerade erst nach Deutschland gekommen ist, weil er im Militär ist, und natürlich noch keinen Weihnachtsmarkt gesehen hatte, lud ich ihn ein, mitzukommen. 😁 Auch für mich war es das erste Mal auf dem Nürnberger Christkindlmarkt. Danach haben wir ihn wieder zurück zur Base gebracht. Vielleicht bekomme ich schon bald die Möglichkeit die amerikanische Base in Ansbach von innen anzuschauen. 😉

Die Woche vor Weihnachten hatte ich dann für meine Abschlussarbeit des 1. Semesters den Dreh über den Würzburger DJ’s mit meinem Team. Leider bin ich genau an dem Tag krank geworden, sodass ich keine 100 % geben konnte. Eine fette Grippe wartete auf mich und das genau über die Weihnachtsfeiertage. Das ist bei mir meistens so. Am Ende des Jahres rechnet mein Körper dann mit mir ab und denkt sich: „So, jetzt machst du mal ne Pause.“ 🤧🤒 Es war trotzdem eine schöne Zeit zuhause zu sein und die eigene Familie mal wieder zu sehen. 💗

Im Moment ist wahrscheinlich eine der stressigsten Phasen in diesem Jahr für mich. Alle Abgaben für die Uni müssen bis Ende Januar fertig sein bevor es dann in die Semesterferien geht. Diese starten Ende Januar und gehen bis 14.03. Die Zeit rennt und vieles muss noch geschnitten oder auf‘s Blatt Papier gebracht werden. Also im Februar werde ich dann erstmal entspannen. 😆 Ich habe schon überlegt mal ein paar Leute wieder zu besuchen und vielleicht gehe ich auch mal auf Entdeckungstour und buche das ein oder andere Hotel? Deutschland-reisen nennt man das auch. Oh man, wie ich das Reisen vermisse. 🥲😅 Wird mal wieder Zeit. 😄😜

So, langsam muss ich mich dann mal wieder an die Arbeit machen, denn die macht sich bekanntlich nicht von alleine. 😉 Ohne Fleiß halt kein Preis. 😂

So, my friends...

on it goes also in the new year! 😃

This will be my first blog post of 2023! 😄✨ Nevertheless, I still start with the last two weeks of December last year.

I just did the usual, what one does at this time of year. There was the Christmas party from my work and the Christmas dinner with all the girls in my apartment.🍝From the New Yorker (name of my workplace), we went to Chilli's 🌮 (Mexican restaurant) and had Secret Santa among ourselves. 🎁

I might as well mention that I decided to quit my job at the New Yorker. I unfortunately had to realize that I'm not really happy there and it doesn't really do anything for me in my current studies. 🤷🏼‍♀️ In the meantime I have found a new job. Since 01/02 I am now working at the photo house Zacharias. There I sell everything around photo albums, photo frames and so on. On the other hand I take passport and application pictures of the people and edit the pictures afterwards. This work will do a little justice to my studies. 👍🏻

But now I come back to the Christmas dinner meal with my „housies“. First of all, it was not so easy to find a date where all of us can. 😂 We have thrown together a few pizzas and a salad together and thus also immediately inaugurated the kitchen.  🙆🏼‍♀️

On a Christmas market I was then also with one of my friends and with an American. Yes, now you're probably wondering where I met him. 😂 At work in the New Yorker yet. When I heard that he had just come to Germany because he is in the military, and of course had not yet seen a Christmas market, I invited him to come along. 😁 It was also the first time for me at the Nuremberg Christkindlmarkt. Afterwards, we took him back to the base. Maybe I will soon get the chance to see the inside of the American base in Ansbach. 😉

Then the week before Christmas I had the shoot about the DJ in Würzburg with my team for my 1st semester final project. Unfortunately I got sick exactly on that day, so I couldn't give 100%. A fat flu was waiting for me and that exactly over the Christmas holidays. That is usually the case with me. Then at the end of the year my body settles up with me and thinks to itself, "So, now you are going to take a break." 🤧🤒 It was still a nice time to be home and to see my family again. 💗

Right now is probably one of the most stressful periods this year for me. All the papers for university have to be finished by the end of January before the semester break starts. They start at the end of January and go until 03/14. Time is running out and a lot of things still have to be cut or put on paper. So in February I will then relax for the time being. 😆 I've already thought about visiting a few people again and maybe I'll go on a discovery tour and book one or the other hotel? Germany travel is also called. Oh man, how I miss traveling. 🥲😅 Will be time again. 😄😜

So, slowly I have to get back to work, because as you know, it does not do itself. 😉 No pain, no gain. 😂
