- Quick bfast at home and walk over to dig me beach to pick up starters docs
- Get ready and hop in the water punctually at 7am
- Have a nice swim for nearly 4,2 km 😬
- 1:21:02 not the best but enough for 2nd 🥈 age group F50-54
- at 11 am Bodyglove catamaran Tour with some nice snorkeling, dive contest and a pod of dolphins 🐬 spinning and jumping
- Dinner at ocean sports 🌮 with tacos and burger
- Pick up the rental from Kona airport at Alamo
