D16 – Letzter Inselhüpfen nach Kauai und eine Mönchsrobbe

- Getting up at 7.30 am to be well ahead on time to drop the the rental Wrangler at Kahului apt and move through security for our flight to Kauai.
- Nice smooth flight to Lihue apt on the island of Kauai and pick
- Got to check in as usual only at 3pm at the ISO hotel, room location excellent but interior very standard. Nevertheless, a quick grab’n’ go bfast plus 7am yoga and the use of their beach cruisers are included (saddles are so low that riding with them wiLl probably result in severe knee pain 😇🥳 and chains are very rusty).
- Took a small beach walk down our hotel beach and ended up on the adjacent beach of Sheraton Kauai experiencing the sight of a live monkseal taking rest on the shore, pretty big one!!
- Had a burger meal at night which was good but far too expensive for a fast food dinner…
- Calling it a night dead tired and dozing away within seconds😴
