Viewpoint tour

Today I joined with a few other people the peninsula tour.

After breakfast we got ready and met with our tour guide JP to start. In a little bus we travelled along the coast line and stopped at different view points.

First at the beach where there werent so many people because of the weather being rather cloudy today.

Next at a bay viewpoint and then towards the cape of good hope. First we walked for quite a while to the southest point of south africa.

The view was pretty amazing and there was a beach I really would have wanted to go to but we didnt have that much time.

Then went to the cape of good hope which was basically just another point at the bay so actually not that special.

Next we went to the pinguin beach, which is actually a beach with pinguins. We had to pay for the entry but that was worth it. The beach was really awesome with a lot of rocks and little hiding spots. Everywhere were pinguins laying around complete uninterested in the people taking pictures of them.

We climbed and walked around a bit, regretting that we didnt take our swimmers with us.

I gave my ticket to another person who was just arriving since we have only been there for about 30minutes.

JP had bought us some sandwiches and little snacks that were way to healthy too still be tasty. But we were hungry so we still ate them.

Then we drove to our next stop. It was a botanical garden which was nice but I have been in so many of those gardens during my travel after a while all the plants look the same.

After that we drove back to the hostel. We said goodbye to JP and went to quickly buy some groceries.

We rested a while before going to dinner with some other people. Tonight we went for some african food.

It was a really nice place and we had gold food. Them we returned back to the hostel to get ready for bed.
