Meine blaue Flotte

Darf ich vorstellen? Meine blaue Flotte. Bestehend aus einem sparsamen Kleinwagen, einem noch sparsameren Motorrad und einem sehr sparsamen Motorroller. Alle in Blau, weil ich die Farbe mag.

Ich werde ab 01. September 2024 meinen wohlverdienten Vorruhestand antreten, den ich dann nach 47 Jahren, ohne einen Tag arbeitslos gewesen zu sein sicher auch verdient habe. Mein Plan oder auch Projekt ist, Ende August, mit dem Motorroller oder Motorrad (oder doch Auto?) von Mainz nach Santiago de Compostella zu fahren. Nicht aus religiösen Gründen, sondern weil ich da schon immer mal hin wollte. Die Idee ist, nach Brügge zu fahren und dann von dort aus, gemütlich nach Santiago,mit vielen Zwischenstopps, zu cruisen. Deswegen nenne ich das Projekt:

Zur Zeit bin ich allerdings noch in der Tretmühle meines Arbeitgebers,

Meine Blaue Flotte besteht aus:

1. Forza 350 Bj. 2024
2. Honda NC750X DCT Bj. 2024
3. Renault Clio Espirit Alpine Bj. 2023

Ich weiß noch nicht welches Fahrzeug ich letzendlich nehmen werde. Eigentlich ist der Wunsch sehr stark, mit einem Zweirad zu fahren. Die Forza hat unendlich viel Stauraum für ein Zweirad. Die NC750 macht mehr Spaß und hat mehr Power. Die Forza fahre ich mit einem Verbrauch von 2,5-3,2 Liter/100Km. Die Honda 3,6-4,5 Liter/100Km. Die Entscheidung ist nicht einfach. vermutlich werde ich, kurz vor knapp, eine Entscheidung aus dem Bauch heraus treffen.

I will be taking my well-earned early retirement on September 1st, 2024, which I will certainly have earned after 47 years without having been unemployed for a single day. My plan or project is to drive from Mainz (Germany) to Santiago de Compostella (North Spain) by scooter or motorcycle (or car?) at the end of August. Not for religious reasons, but because I've always wanted to go there. The idea is to drive to Bruges and then from there to cruise comfortably to Santiago, with lots of stops along the way. That's why I call the project:

My blue fleet consists of:

Forza 350, built in 2024

Honda NC750X DCT, built in 2024

Renault Clio Espirit Alpine, built in 2023

I don't know yet which vehicle I'll ultimately take. Actually, I really want to ride a two-wheeler. The Forza has endless storage space for a two-wheeler. The NC750 is more fun and has more power. I drive the Forza with a consumption of 2.5-3.2 liters/100 km. The Honda 3.6-4.5 liters/100 km. The decision is not easy. I'll probably make a gut decision at the last minute.

But I hope to finally be "free" at the beginning of August with the rest of my vacation.
