Our first day in Hongkong we spent in Kowloon. We had a Hongkong-style breakfast: coffee and a 'Pineapple bun'. We strolled through the flower market and the bird market, visited Sik Sik Yuen Wong Tai Single temple and the Chi Lin Nunnery. We finished our day with a dim sum feast at Michelin-starred Tim Ho Wan.
