DK25 - Day 3 Greis (Vejle) - Aarhus

Oh man. What was initially planned as a relaxing day of about 80 km turned out to be a bit hectic in between.

After nearly 10 km, a spoke broke again. 😤😤 I do have a spare, but I was missing the right tool. 😩

Fortunately, this happened right in front of a gas station with a workshop. They couldn't help me directly, but they knew where a good bicycle workshop was. It was almost on my route, so the detour was minimal.

Moreover, the mechanic had time for me right away. That is not a given in the industry anymore.

50 € poorer but with a delay of about 1.5 hours, I was back on my way.😌😌

Since I had a time buffer of well over 3 hours to look at things, it turned out to still be quite a relaxing day.

I headed towards Aarhus with a bit less sightseeing than planned, but with the best weather, a little trip to the beach, and just dipping my feet in the water.

Now it's time for a little relaxation before taking the ferry to Odden tomorrow.

I hope the wind stays like it was today; it was relatively strong but, for a change, almost always from behind.
