Montreal welcomed us today with bad weather, but there's appropriate clothing and a Decathlon downtown where you can purchase it. Unfortunately, we forgot a few things this time. 😆

Well-equipped, we started our city tour. Four beautiful churches lined our route, each with something special.

We continued on, with the French influence becoming visible time and again. And it wasn't just due to the signage.

There were charming corners, great buildings, and interesting things to discover at every turn.

This Nelson's Column has actually been standing for quite some time before the much more famous one in London.

After visiting the old market hall, which today is filled with restaurants and small shops, we reached the harbor.

We ended our enjoyable walking day at an unassuming Chinese restaurant with very delicious food. The seats were in such high demand that we had to stand in line. Luckily, the wait was well worth it.
