Mission accomplished 😍

Here they are now, Cindy and Bert, on the balcony of their apartment in Milazzo.

WTF ??? Yes, during their first visit, both fell so in love with the city that Cindy, as a real estate treasure hunter, just happened to have a property on 'Watch' (to be honest, not just one, as she plays it safe and keeps all options open. Size, location, price - she knows what's available and in demand).

During a bike tour to the Cap, they stumbled upon it, and just by chance, the realtor was wrapping up with the previous clients.

Within 15 minutes, the (at that time) owners came back with the key, and fate took its course. It seemed meant to be...

They also fell head over heels in love with the apartment at the front by the Capo, made an offer, which was accepted, and the notary appointment is set for 05.05.2025. Good things happen quickly...

Well, now they have another beautification project on their hands - and a stunning landscape surrounding them. This is what happens when you watch too much HGTV (home and garden TV) 😇, but the 'house beach' is just a 15-minute bike ride away, so they can go there in between.

Of course, traveling continues - although Sicily alone can be a lifelong project...it remains exciting.

However, for now, work in Germany awaits, and the ferry back is on June 10th - then they will continue.
