Entry into a relatively unfamiliar world for me
Last night was the first buffet at the Ayurveda restaurant. There is also one for regular folks. 😂. A great variety of curries, soup, salad (all steamed), fruit, banana mousse,...

So the last day is here, and it feels just right. I am so glad that I made this journey exactly the way I did. The first days on a solo tour and then the Ayurveda treatment. I was really nervous about setting off. But as it usually turns out, it was not a bad experience. The treatment has done quite a bit for me, even though it didn't reduce my sleep disorders and tremors. The treatments, the super delicious food, the absolutely friendly staff, the beautiful beach (sadly not for swimming), the large pool, and the few guests all contributed to a wonderful experience.
After almost missing my departure from the hotel (10:00 PM is just not my time for such activities), I took a taxi to the airport. Suddenly, he stops in shock, makes a call, and points at the baby seat on the passenger side. He asked me if I agreed to go back, as the family urgently needed it for their baby. It would take about an hour. Luckily, I had ordered the taxi well in advance, and there were no other obstacles.
Now I am also looking forward to going home. But soon I will be setting off again on my bike, which I'm really excited about. I need to build up some muscle strength. After my fall, I could no longer jog, and my daily squat routine still hurts my tailbone. But it will be okay; luckily, I didn't fall on my head. I am currently making a stop in Paris, watching the hectic cleaning of an airplane, and soon I will be back home. Final result: Everything done right. Thank you very much up there.😘
