A wonderful day comes to an end. 

After a cozy breakfast on my lovely balcony, I set out for a little hike through the forests of Elba, always along the coast. My trekking poles were my favorite companions on this journey—without them, it wouldn't have been possible.😉

Silence, peace, birds, huge trees, and the sea shimmering blue between the bushes—there's something special about walking so quietly through nature, focusing only on the path beneath your feet. It brings calm and confidence, and a bit of pride because you’re doing what you love. I always cherish these moments. 

In the afternoon, it was beach time. Lying in the warm sun, the sea gently lapping, and a few children playing on the beach—what bliss.😌 Thoughts swirl through the warm air, and before you know it, they’ve flown away with the gentle breeze coming from the sea. Sometimes, that's a great gift. 

Insight of the day: letting go can sometimes be so simple!
