There he was, the enemy of every cyclist.

The headwind 🤬

Over about 80 out of 100 KM at 10 knots (about 19Km/H) always in the face.

But otherwise it was another great day. A great breakfast in the B&B, perfect cycling weather and a delightful landscape.

I actually wanted to cycle around Hellevoetsluis for a bit, but after what felt like 150 km in my legs, I decided against it and set off on foot to explore the culinary highlights of Dutch cuisine. 🤭

What always fascinates me here is the infrastructure for cyclists. You can ride under a river next to the motorway. 😳

Now I'm planning the route for tomorrow and I'm always checking the weather forecast. Because one thing is already clear: I'm going to get wet. 😤

But as I always say, it's just water. It will dry again.
