Thus, the night was relatively short, which conversely means I was on the bike quite early ☺️☺️

I couldn't have that much luck with the weather forever. Yesterday, I managed to avoid the showers somehow, but today it finally caught up with me.

But I think two rain showers are still absolutely acceptable.

Well, I could have done without that flat tire in between, but luckily it happened under a clear blue sky and just a few hundred meters from a gas station.

Otherwise, it was another great day.

Calm, stress-free, good average speed, heart, what more could you want?

My legs are still holding up well; I even feel like I could easily ride more kilometers each day. But that’s not necessary. A little sightseeing should also be included. 😉

I was a bit scared when I rode my bike over the Storstrom Bridge. I know why they are building a new one next to it. That structure doesn't look very stable to me anymore.😬😬

And since I wanted something different, having only stayed in BnBs, I decided in advance to simply go to the monastery. After all, you have to experience that at least once.

I’m slowly becoming glad that tomorrow I’ll be headed back home, or rather with a short stop in Schönberg.

But then, that will be it for this year's bike tour.

But for now, I'm still enjoying my time here in Maribor and the final stage tomorrow over to Fehmarn and then to the finish line.
