The flight from Hong Kong to Singapore was also calm. The most exciting sights along the way were the small rocks in the sea, which were additionally piled up by the Chinese and subsequently built over with runways.
Once again, Singapore shows that it is changing. Even from the air, one could see huge land reclamations, and many skyscrapers that were closest to the sea just a few years ago now have new skyscrapers built between them and the sea.
We are spending a night in a nice hotel. Tomorrow we will meet some friends and then head to the ship.
