Today at 11:00 we arrived at the mouth of the Mekong, where the city of Vũng Tàu is located. The Mekong has a length of about 5,000 km and is navigable by smaller ships. We only travel about 80 km of it and dock quite centrally in Ho Chi Minh City at 16:00.

The river is lined with mangroves and palm trees, and there are only a few fishermen's huts along the water. On the water, there are cargo ships, small transport, and fishing boats.
