Hooker Valley, indescribably beautiful.

This 'valley' was one of the most beautiful places I have ever seen in my life. The valley borders Mt. Cook, so you have a spectacular view of the mountain ranges of New Zealand. 


We hiked from Mount Cook Village for two and a half hours to the lake in Hooker Valley. The trail ended at a lake that shimmered with green and blue. Beautiful view!
