Eurométropole de Strasbourg

From Kehl, we visited Strasbourg, a 7-kilometer bike ride one way, which my foot-injured Chinese companion should be able to manage. On the way back, we planned to shop at Aldi and had arranged to eat at a Turkish restaurant.

Along our route, we haven't really taken advantage of the culinary offerings from local restaurants; it's not because I'm from Odenwald and unfamiliar with what the farmer offers, no, it's due to the un-Christian kitchen hours of the establishments.

For Strasbourg, I'll let the pictures speak for themselves; we can also highly recommend the Khan restaurant, and then we planned to rest before the next day, as we wanted to leave Kehl early.

We have also adjusted our travel plans and will be arriving back at our home port a week earlier; this way, we should avoid the issue with the Rhine water level in Worms.
