Sibiu - a different kind of Easter
This year, I spent Easter in a completely different way than usual. I traveled to Sibiu in Romania. There, I met with Kaja, Cordula, and Konrad. Kaja is studying theology...

And a wonderful good morning in Vienna.
After I bid farewell to Cordula and put her on the train to Halle, I explored Vienna for five hours.
First of all, I visited the Wien Museum at Karlsplatz and checked out the free exhibition about Vienna and its history. It was partly very interesting, beautifully presented, and simply and impressively explained.
And the location was simply beautiful as well, right at Karlsplatz with a lovely view of the Karlskirche.
The remaining two or three hours I spent exploring Vienna on foot, for example, strolling through the Naschmarkt.
Then I continued strolling until I reached Empress Sissi.
There I took a break and treated myself to an ice cream. 'An ice cream a day keeps the doctor away,' that's how the saying goes, right? It was very delicious blueberry and lemon sorbet.
After that, I continued my long stroll through the city, but this time with the destination of the train station in mind. However, on the way back, I also passed by beautiful buildings.

To experience the whole city of Vienna, I was clearly there too short a time. I had considered staying overnight but ultimately decided to take the train to Munich instead. And just as quickly as it began, my time in Austria was over.
Nevertheless, I still have a lot ahead of me. A whole month in Germany. Enough time to travel more, meet friends and family in various cities, and attend a few events. Until then!
