Road trip to Attersee

This time, a girls' weekend was on the agenda. The plan was to visit a friend who lives at Attersee. The GPS indicated five and a half hours from Zurich, which sounded manageable at first. However, with the electric car, it turned out to be a bit longer.

We had to stop twice along the way to charge and planned for about half an hour each time. While this might sound like lost time in theory, we simply turned it into breaks. Because at some point, you just need to take a break, especially when your stomach starts to growl. And of course, we couldn't miss out on Oat Kings.

We left at 5:45 AM. Way too early. But this meant we skillfully avoided all the rush hour traffic and every jam, which somewhat justified the early start.

Once we arrived in Seewalchen at Attersee, we first had lunch and, above all, chatted a lot. We hadn’t seen each other in ages, so there was plenty to catch up on.

After that, we went swimming in Attersee and then out for a drink. For the aperitif, we had pizza at Brooklyn Bay, which is completely designed in a beach style. The perfect mix of relaxed and a bit of vacation vibe.

To end the day, we then changed into evening attire and went to Das Attersee for the Schibiza. A place where you can eat, drink, and party. Top-notch people-watching once again.
