Lake Bunyonyi is located in the far southwestern region of Uganda and is simply the perfect place to truly relax! After the long journey, we definitely need a break!We traveled here step by step by public buses from the Serengeti in Tanzania: From Mwanza along Lake Victoria to the north, then across the national border into Uganda, and on to the town of Kabale (red arrow).
By the way, only a 'Muzungu' (this is how tourists are referred to) asks the bus driver when the next bathroom break will be! This is usually not provided 😅…
