Today we spent a bonus day in Tallinn just outside the old town. It was time for a visit to the Fotografista Museum. We were once again amazed that photographs can express such intense emotions, for example, in the exhibition of the Latvian artist Inta Ruka, who sensitively introduced us to the portraited people in their surroundings.
A diverse and young cultural scene has spread around a former factory site here.
During our afternoon stroll through the Kalamaja district, we saw how well old wooden houses can be restored without looking freshly renovated, but rather preserving their old charm.
In the evening, we discovered a small but exquisite oriental restaurant in a backyard, which treated us to various culinary delights.
