Another lazy day

We were up late and lazed round the camp, before going to the beach in the afternoon. We decided to book another 2 days as we are wanting to slow down a bit. We’ve identified our next stop as we slowly make our way home, by Lake Garda. As we are using our ACSI card to book - best €25 we ever spent - which gives us discounted pitches, we cannot book ahead but have to just turn up. I was told that the lakeside pitches will likely be full but the rest of the site is mostly empty, so we should be fine. There is a town walkable, always a plus, and it has a ferry stop so we can visit some of the sites round the lake. 

In the evening we went back to Novigrad for drinks and dinner. As we left the site we saw the road train, so jumped on and left immediately. We were the only ones on there so we had our very own Uber Train for just €5. 

The train dropped us at the back end of town by the harbour, which we did not see on our first visit, so we had a lovely stroll round there before stopping at a waterside bar for a pleasant, but hot, drink. We then strolled in the to square where there was more shade for a cooler meal. I had a burratta (round cheese like mozzarella but softer) and rocket pizza, so definitely healthy, and Jane had a seafood pasta, which was tasty and produced no after effects.
