New York: Two Music Halls - Two Museums
Yannick Nézet-Séguin (conductor) and The Metropolitan Orchestra (not part of the New York Philharmonic!) vs. Luisa Proske (production) and Jon Bausor (set designer)/Montana Levi...

I have never experienced anything like this, and that in Carnegie Hall, in the Weill Recital Hall: Elmira Darvarova, the violinist, former concertmaster of the Metropolitan Opera Orchestra and now artistic director of the New York Chamber Music Festivals, presented HERSELF with her husband, the horn player Howard Wall, and the program 'From Ancient Times to Jazz & Blues' on stage and relentlessly entertained the one-third filled hall without pause with their joint performance of 23 pieces (except for two world premieres, all 'arranged' by the two of them). This performance, reminiscent of the sounds of journeys on the Moscow Metro, the New York Subway, and the Green Line in Boston, ended with an abrupt and sparse standing ovation that did not allow for any further bows from the violinist and the horn player - everyone was 'on the move' out of the concert hall.
How could one possibly do something like this - Violin and Horn??
