Tag 394 - Key Largo

Hello everyone!

When we got up today, the area was already filling up again with racing enthusiasts and their vehicles.

Yesterday most arrived with trailers to transport their racing vehicles, while today the majority drove directly onto the area and the 1/4 mile track.

We leisurely packed everything together and kept glancing at the racetrack.

Once we had everything stored and prepared, we set off towards “Key Largo”. We had a long drive ahead of us today.

At 3:30 PM we reached Key Largo and were quite exhausted from the drive.

We passed by about five different campgrounds, but none had a free spot. We continued searching online and found an available spot - for USD 190.- and at least another 15 minutes away. So we decided to change our plans and booked a hotel for USD 110.-…..

Shortly after, we arrived at the hotel. The parking spots are great and our room is quite nice too :).

Meanwhile, it was 5 PM and we enjoyed the evening atmosphere on the balcony.

Later we cooked something for ourselves and then went to bed.

And another day comes to an end… :)
