Rainy day
We all had a bit of a sleep-in morning and then finally some breakfast at home. Fruits and eggs with yolks yellower than the Easter chicken. And Swedish coffee❤️🤣 Today the hunt...

Up early today, I woke up to the call to prayer but quickly dozed off again, which is a good sign.
Had a morning swim in the shared pool since they are working on our pool a bit today.
Then picked up for cooking school.
Now we are going to learn how to make Thai food. We went last time as well and thought it was nice, this time Lawa wanted to join too.
It has now moved and is located together with Animal Welfare, so we got a tour with the director there. They do so much good by taking care of dogs and cats that have suffered for various reasons.
A really sweet dog that was hit by a car and got a cart for its back legs, or a cat that suffered burns from hot water, but was saved by placing fish skin over the burn.
Noi took care of us and a group of Brits and a couple of Poles. He showed all the tips and tricks of the Thai kitchen. We made spring rolls for appetizers and green curry for the main course. Then some sticky rice for dessert. Lawa swam in the pool between the dishes, but what a star she is in the kitchen. She got a lot of praise from Noi.
Then came the message asking where we were for the enrollment meeting at school. We had written that it was tomorrow, but we got a new appointment today at 3:30 PM. So when we had chopped all the ingredients for the main course, we left dad there to finish cooking our food while Lawa and I headed to school.
Miss Ewa welcomed us and went through everything. We also got a tour of the schoolyard. No running into the bushes here because there might be scorpions, Arne Varan usually walks by here sometimes, and you shouldn't run into him as he gets scared, etc. A little different to think about than at home😀
We met the principal and a classmate as well. There are 7 students between grades 1-3 who will be in this group, and they all start now after the autumn break. Lawa got to choose her seat as number 2 and sat next to a Lykke. It will be exciting to see who this is on Monday. To choose a seat, you got a stone with your name on it to place out. We also went through all the school materials, and Lawa got a box to put all her books in.
Lawa also got a Sanuk T-shirt that she will wear on Monday for the class photo❤️ Lawa is so excited now!
I treated myself to a massage in the evening and then awaited the homemade Thai food that Mulle had prepared and brought home in the usual plastic bags. Nothing tastes as good as what you’ve made yourself.
Evening swims are more of a given now and a drying off on the terrace.
