Today was the day for Lawa to have Muay Thai at school, and she thought it would be so much fun, the same place she usually goes. Of course, her cool Muay Thai shorts would come along😀

We also got to see the monitor lizard Arne crawl up from the sewers and into a house that hadn't closed its gate.

Me and Mulle each took a round with a walk, and I ended mine with a coconut oil massage.

She pointed out my tight muscles and used a cream that I thought would burn me to bits. She said it goes deep into the muscles, and there is work to be done there.

I found a stiff neck too and she asked if I usually have migraines. They find everything those little ones😀

She had a Bachelor's in Medical...something, so it feels like she knew what she was doing. She applied cream to all my bruises, several on my leg at the height of the bed's edge, and a nice one after jumping into a taxi that had a piece of metal sticking out from the side.

Then she came to the front and saw my scarred knees, she just laughed and recommended me vitamin C to reduce the risk of big bruises.

And she ended by recommending continued Thai massage with oil to get my body in order! (Implying with her😀)

I then reluctantly sent Mulle off for a massage with her too. Good for him!

We went and dropped off soccer shoes at school since Lawa has soccer practice right after, and then it was Chang-time in the pool. The pool guys who were supposed to fix the pool lights came by, so now there will be a swimming ban for Lawa on that side where the lights are.

After all the training today, she also got a little spa treatment at home with a foot massage from dad.

In the evening, we walked to the walking street, and it turned out that the big market had started to open up a bit. So we took a little trip there, and Lawa was overjoyed when she saw that there were fried grasshoppers. It was a dream for her to try this. Crazy kid! It went well until she felt that the legs of it were hairy, then it was out again.

Today we tried baked potatoes with toppings, and the cheese was melted with a gas torch. There were also fried cheese balls and Thai pancakes with mango. Mulle had some fried rice with shrimp.

The bottom hit was probably the avocado shake; it wasn't quite what we expected.

On the way home, we took a real party car with a super loud speaker. I guess the driver was having a great time, but all we heard was an annoying bad vibration.

It was an early bedtime as we were all tired; it has been a really hot and humid day.

Lawa has had issues with a lot of heat rashes, so there is a lot of powdering and creaming going on right now for the poor girl. The worst is on her legs, which is very strange. If you have any tips, shout out! (We've tried Thai powder, baby powder, Inytol, and aloe vera)
