What’s shaking there and the new Weimar…

After a night like being on a ship in heavy seas came the next realization:

After this realization, we culturally ventured into the “new Weimar,” Bauhaus and the museum “Neues Weimar,” whose protagonists were in a way pioneers for the idea of the Bauhaus.

Okay, old Nietzsche and after his death, his sister were not exactly representative of modern thought, but they were not alone in this “think tank” of the early 20th century.

Not much needs to be explained about the Bauhaus, its history, its workshops, and still modern furniture - who doesn’t know about it?

Only the fact that it was founded in Weimar and not Dessau tends to get a bit overlooked.

Since the day was gloomy, fog-gray, and uncomfortable, we also didn’t visit Schiller, but returned instead, made ourselves comfortable, and completed the shopping list for Ikea.

On Monday, there was a big shopping trip planned for storage optimization because you have to somehow create enough space for stuff.
