I had no idea that it was already boot season again. It's August and it's 28°C in full sunshine.
But The Weeknd is in town and the typical fan looks like this: Female, at most in her late 20s, pretty, often with long hair and very stylishly dressed. This means that the majority of girls wear very short dresses or shorts and black high boots! Alternatively, but less frequently, high-heeled sandals are worn (very difficult to walk in). Besides the music, I also find the person behind the artist name The Weeknd very interesting. In reality, his name is Abel Makkonen Tesfaye and he comes from Canada, where he was born in Toronto in 1990. He is of Ethiopian descent and also speaks their official language.
His early teenage years were marked by drug addiction and de facto homelessness, as he slept at friends' places or even pretended to be in love with women to stay with them.
