Hello dear ones, here I am again. Yesterday I didn't do much except go out to eat with Ludwig, help Harly, and cook. I wasn't feeling well either, my cold was really bothering me. But well, a cold is just a cold, it’s not nice. Then I got something from the pharmacy that I couldn't tolerate, so I only slept for 3 hours. This morning I got up nice and early, I wanted to close my suitcase (I only took a medium one... don't need much ;) ). Unfortunately, I was shopping for my loved ones at home. And what can I say, my suitcase zipper completely broke. Too full :(. I could have cried. Where am I supposed to get a new suitcase in the morning? Well, I sat down, went downstairs, unpacked a bit, and tried to fix the thing. It worked (smiley with praying hands). We then had breakfast together. Harly, Sandra, Nina, and I, and then I was off. I wanted to take a taxi. Of all days, there was a marathon right outside, nothing was moving. After a while, I got lucky and a taxi driver took me to the airport. When I arrived, I felt like I’d been kicked by a horse. Full, so very full. I could already see my flight leaving without me. And I was so tired, my nerves were very tense because of it. Calm down, Ines, calm down, it always works out....and just out of nowhere, a nice young lady came and told me to stand at the next counter (which was empty). Boom, I was through. Yay, yay :))
Then I had to go through security, which was quite relaxed, and then I sat there waiting for the departure. Honestly, I was already looking forward to Lima. I booked an Airbnb, I was there two years ago and thought it was super right on the sea with a huge terrace.
When I arrived in Lima, I took an Uber and then I was there. I must say, the accommodation is still nice, the terrace is amazing, but it has certainly seen better days.
Then I went out to eat and went to the terrace, right by the sea for a salt festival. Very cool. Actually, I wanted to shake things up during the two days in Lima, but today I decided to just walk on the beach, that will be nice. So, I'm looking forward to tomorrow :)
