I was so excited to see you. You have changed since 2023. At first, it was difficult for me, I was completely confused, felt nothing, you didn't blow me away, no enthusiasm, no fire, no flame... gradually, as I explored new corners, cafés, pubs, paths, and people, I began to recognize you again, I recognized myself again, as someone who wonders, enjoys, is surprised, and is enthusiastic.

Hanoi, 2023, at the end of the Corona period compared to 2025: in the midst of the fast business, in changing and developing - this means for us: the formerly lively corners are overcrowded, one souvenir shop lines up next to another, you can feel pressure and anonymity. The prices of accommodations have doubled, and the traffic is sometimes unbearable.

However, 2025 also means: we are staying by Westlake this time, a beautiful district of Hanoi, where it is quiet and peaceful. We go on our excursions and discover something unexpected, beautiful, and surprising every day. Moments that lift our spirits, moments that are lovely to enjoy and allow the soul to relax a bit.
