Segen am Anfang des Jahres

Almost all households in Vietnam visit a temple within the first week after the Vietnamese New Year and place their offerings on the altars. As can be seen in the pictures, among the offerings are a rooster, Asian dishes, various fruits, and money.

The dress code for women when visiting temples during these festivals is Ao Dai - the traditional festival attire, which comes in many variations.
