Calvarrasa de Arriba is a locality and a municipality in the northeast of the province of Salamanca, in Castilla y León (Spain, Europe). It is part of the comarca of Campo de Salamanca (also called Campo Charro) and the Metropolitan Area of Salamanca (also known as Alfoz de Salamanca). It belongs to the judicial district of Salamanca, the judicial district no. 1 of the province of Salamanca, and also forms part of the municipal associations of Tierras del Tormes and Calvarrasa-Terradillos.

It has a population (according to INE data from the year 2023) of 597 inhabitants and an area of 25.73 km².

The beautiful parish church of Calvarrasa de Arriba is dedicated to Saint Peter the Apostle; it was built in the 15th century and is of Salmantine Romanesque style.
