Canovelles is a town and municipality in the province of Barcelona, Catalonia (Spain, Europe). It belongs to the comarca of Vallès Oriental (comarca capital: Granollers) and to the legal district of Granollers, the judicial district No. 3 of the province of Barcelona.

It has a population (according to INE data from 2024) of 17,312 inhabitants and an area of 6.7 km². The municipality of Canovelles is divided between the main town of Canovelles (the municipal capital) and the smaller districts (population centers and/or villages) and residential developments of Barriada Nova, Bellulla, Can Duran, Can Castells, Can Comas, Can Cuana, Can Diviu, la Serra, les Àligues, Quinta Avinguda, Sanaüja, Sant Feliu, and Tibel.

The beautiful parish church of Canovelles is dedicated to Sant Fèlix (Saint Felix); it was built between the 11th and 12th centuries and is in the Catalan Romanesque style.
