Hiking sounded briefly interesting

Today started exactly like vacation days should start: breakfast, coffee, and relaxing in the sun. This concept successfully carried through the whole day. Of course, there were small coffee breaks in between.

We briefly considered going hiking, but the motivation lasted about five minutes. Instead, we spontaneously decided to drive to the Mirador de los Roques. That was definitely the more relaxing choice.

The view up there looks completely surreal. Huge rock formations, no clouds between the mountains, and a landscape that constantly seems like it's been edited with some kind of fantasy filter. Of course, the Teide from Tenerife had to be in the background.

Afterward, we headed to San Sebastián, where we wanted to shop because we decided to cook for ourselves in the evening. After the restaurant experiences of the past few days, we wanted to avoid relying on spontaneous opening hours this time. So we shopped like two people very proud to be organized today.

After shopping, we of course had an ice cream before we headed back home.

Back at the Airbnb, we cooked, ate, and later of course enjoyed some wine in the evening.
