At 4 o'clock the alarm clock rings again because I want to go up high to the "Sunrise Point" in the hope of few clouds or fog I sit on the back seat of a motor scooter and we whiz up through the dark night. Then a short walk to the platform where I, of course, wasn't alone. The sun came up at around 5.30 a.m., but I was denied the sight of the Borobudur Temple awakening in the fog because the fog didn't clear.
Afterwards, I took the bus back to Yogyakarta. Today, I wanted to visit the Prambanan Temple, which is easily accessible by the "Yogya Trans" bus due to its good location. However, I can say briefly that it cannot compete with the dimensions of Borobudur. But it is still beautiful to look at. By the way, this is a Hindu temple. In the shadow of the main temple, you could visit 3 more small temples while taking a walk through the surrounding park. The first 2 were very small, but the third one was slightly larger and this one impressed me the most. This one was dedicated to Buddha again, as can be easily seen from the reliefs.
Then the afternoon rain began again...
